Why Notes
Notes is where I write down plans and ideas before they ship.
I keep my plans and half-formed ideas in private repos and chat, where nobody else can see them. Notes is where I put them instead.
Each note is a plan or an idea, with a date. Some will change as I work: an idea becomes a plan, a plan gets built, or I drop it and say why.
When something ships, it lands on Now, the short log of what I have built. A note can link to the Now entry that records its outcome, so you can follow a plan from first sketch to result.
